To communicate the power of memory, real or imagined, mood and modeling use this formula.

Create a mood that impresses the body, generating the images, thoughts and other associatons that are desirable while in this mood; model these feeoings and associations in a metaphor about yourself and then memorize them.

M3 means mood x modeling x metaphor = memory.
