Can’t Sleep?


Drink ½ cup water. Put a pinch of salt on your tongue and let it dissolve. Make sure the granules don’t press against the roof of your mouth. Studies show a combination of water and salt alters the electrical charge of the brain inducing a deep sleep. I’ve tried this, but found it extremely difficult to not touch my tongue to the roof of my mouth!
